Kind words from clients

A few reflections from people who have found a calmer, more practical way forward.
Navigating life with ADHD often felt like trying to organize a storm. Before starting counselling, my days were dominated by constant mental noise, overwhelming procrastination, and the exhausting weight of chronic guilt. I knew what I wanted to achieve, but the bridge between my intentions and my actions always seemed broken.Coaching changed that. It provided me with a safe, non-judgmental space to finally understand how my brain works, rather than constantly fighting against it. Instead of relying on raw willpower—which always left me burned out—my counsellor helped me build practical, ADHD-friendly strategies for time management, emotional regulation, and focus. The greatest shift, however, hasn't just been in my productivity; it has been in my self-compassion. I have learned to untangle my self-worth from my symptoms. While my ADHD hasn't vanished, my relationship with it has completely transformed. Thanks to this support, I feel more in control, deeply understood, and genuinely equipped to navigate the future.
Thank you so much to Emma who has made this all happen, I now am in a much quieter place and am no longer hard on myselfThanks Emma
